It came out a month or so back. Even though I've purchased a good amount of "beauty" stuff, my receipts only track a small portion so I'm not sure what the "qualifying" products are and therefore haven't benefited from it much, but it will be awesome to get a $3 ECB on my birthday! :)

Darn and to think I just restocked my Mascara, Eye Shadow and those darn pencils (they work great on the white Board) at Wags. I hate it when that happens.
