Definitely keep your list current and updated- it's no fun for your train buddy that week to have an outdated list to work from. :<} I usually go in and update mine every week when the coupon inserts for that upcoming Sunday are posted.

I really like trading, especially since I'm newer to it and building my stockpile. I get a kick out of seeing different coupons than what comes in my inserts. And I always seem to have coupons that I will never use (coffee for example), so I like being able to send them to others who may use them.
