Having a Yard Sale on 9/4!

Here's my only tip have lots of cars parked on the street your's, dh's, friends (have company). My fil has yard sales three times a yr and invites us and some other family members over "to help" he has all kinds of food/snacks to keep us there. We eat and hang out in the garage. I swear people sworm (he lives in a not busy neighborhood). If people drive by and see a lot of commotion they will want to stop. I usually feel intimidated or like there is nothing worth my while if there is no one there. Oh and make big signs!!

Chella, This is a garage/workshop with a chain link fence around. This man and his brother live behind it and they even have cars to the right that are for sale. I will have them move them closer to me and look like there is a lot of people there! Oh, and I have the big signs ready!!!

Well, it was not as good as some but not as worse as some!! The guys that live there said they couldn't believe how slow the traffic was! I made 125.00 and we are going to try again next weekend with a son joining me. They said the more stuff set up on tables, the more shoppers they have. Let's just hope the weather co-operates. Thanks for asking!!
