Sour Cream with Chives and Onions?

I had two free store coupons for 16 oz sour cream that I had to use this week but the store only had the kind with chives and onions. We really only use sour cream for two things - tacos and mashed potatoes.

Anyone know any other ways I can use this up?

Are you going to use it in the mashed potatoes? I think it'd be great! Stroganoff is good, any sort of dish made with a sauce. I use alfredo sauce with chicken and broccoli and sometimes add sour cream to stretch the sauce. Yours sounds like it would be great with that too.

We did use some in mashed potatoes but I don't think we'll eat enough potatoes to use up both tubs
