Happy Friday......This is the beginning of a 3 day weekend for me! who hoo! We are supposed to have cooler temps this weekend and rain! Work and then meeting a friend for dinner!

Morning all! Dominic decided to wake up early and insist I come downstairs with her- so much for sleeping in! Don't know how much I will be on this weekend either- DH travels during the week, and the only time we see him is on the weekend, so.....
The girls have off school today for the long weekend holiday. Please wish us luck, I am taking oldest dd to take her drivers permit test. I will either have a very upset dd and calmer me, or an ecstatic dd and one very stressed me! lol
Hope everyone in the Earl's path is safe and sound, and no flooding or damages.

Morning all, I have had a long week and am so happy it is Friday!!! I always plan a special Friday treat for the children and they get to watch movies all afternoon when we get home from school. Tomorrow we go to the Delta Fair to see what we won in the crafts, culinary and art competitions, I am so excited!!!

I sold $90 worth of stuff last week; a guy at work bought $70 worth of bodywash and razors and my sister bought $20 worth of razors... I had been giving my family free stuff for a while and mentioned that it would be nice to sell more of my stockpile, so she sent me a check and I sent her the razors via mail lol and put some free goodies in there as well.

So, I have to build up my stockpile and then maybe sell some more but not sure about a garage sale as the last time we had one about 10 years ago a lady fell on our property (she had just had hip surgery) and people were walking in our garage even though I had a sign up that said, "nothing in garage for sale"

Good luck on your garage sale Philomena! I had one a couple weeks ago and made about $300 and I only had about 5 small boxes worth of stockpile stuff.

I'm making diaper cakes this weekend with my MIL. I got tons of clearance stuff from Walmart and from Kohl's that we have to use.

Good morning, all! :) Just got back from taking Sammy Wams to the groomer for his wash-n-curl, going to Walfart for jello, and picking up breakfast from Dunkin' Donuts. The kids are off today--I have no idea why, but they are. :lol:

I have a hot date tonight with hubbykins. :kiss: I think we're gonna go to do movies and dinner. I gotta put an outfit together and not forget my glasses. :lol: Our weekend is packed. I hope you all enjoy yours!! Later, taters...

Good morning everyone! TGIF and a nice long holiday weekend...our DD is coming home for the weekend! College football tomorrow...Yay! I know where we all will be and lots of food to go along with the games..fun..fun..can't wait! On Sunday, we are having a small pool party with friends, last one of the season! So, I have to run to the store and than do some cooking tomorrow!

Good evening everyone!

Had a busy day today. Worked 6-1:30, ran some errands, got an oil change, met some friends for dinner and margaritas and just got home. Ran into ex-husband and his new fiance at oil change place, luckily nothing snarky was said. I just walked past them and did what I needed to do. Its funny, I was supposed to get my oil changed at 3:30 but I got off work early so I went to see if they could squeeze me in. I was always worried about what would happen if I saw them and it never happened so of course once I move further away and think I'm in the clear BAM! I realized it didn't bother me at all to see them, I'm in a much better place.

Wendy- Congrats to your DD but I'm so sorry for you!
Phil- I hope your garage sale was a huge success!

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful day! I worked 4.5 hours extra today so I am tired! Had to lay around and relax for a little bit before I could even think about looking at a computer again..lol It is getting cooler here too. I'm all snuggled up in a blanket lol. I love when it gets cooler! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! I will probably work extra and lounge around. I may try to go to Walgreens. I haven't been there in a long time it seems. Need to get rolling again. :)
