Oh my... I love this lady! I got lazy--my school schedule is roughing me up a bit--but I need to jump back on the bandwagon. My husband used to call me a meat hoarder, but I cooked 6 days a week and our freezer was always stocked.

I always imagine it would take a million years to make all this stuff, but 4 hours on a Sunday isn't a terrible thing. It would save us a lot of money. Thanks for the link! :D

OK I am totally doing some twice baked potatoes this afternoon! I bought potatoes last week and we have sour cream, bacon, and shredded cheese in the fridge that need to be used.

I wish I would end up with meat deals like her though. I usually only find Smart Chicken marked down to about $1/lb (which I think is awesome but we can't eat chicken every day).

Katrina, I can't get meat prices like her either, but I really like her freezer ideas. How wonderful it would be not to wonder what to have for dinner on any given night. Just reach into the freezer and pull out a bag. Works for me! :)

I was looking over her article and realized, Hey-she must live near me! As I saw the Giant and Weis tags! She lives in Central PA!! I don't often see deals like that either, but it reminds me I need to make a trip to Weis again soon. I used to go more often, but with gas prices going up and having 2 Giants right here in town, I don't go anymore.
I agree Katrina- those twice baked potatoes will definitely be done here soon- I just have to use up all that chicken I bough the other day and make some room in my freezers!!
