Any Whole Foods Shoppers Here?

I am asking because our store is in Little Rock, an hour drive from here and I want to go shopping there and buy some things I need. I have searched their site but not having much luck finding answers to my questions.

I need some items and am wondering if they are available there and if they are cheaper than just buying from Amazon or Vitacost.

I need xantham gum, steel cut oats, coconut flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour etc. I have been told you can purchase things like this "by the scoop"

Can anyone tell me if it would be worth the trip up there?

Thanks ya'll. Steph (VintageTink form AFC) shops there, I will message her on FB and hopefully get some answers. She has offered to take me shopping whenever I want and I may just take her up on that.

I just called the store that is 50 miles from me, I am almost out and winndixie wants 9.99 for 2 cups! it is 1.39 a pound!!!!!!!!
