oh lordy, son Jerry and his family leaving now, John and his girls and Johanna and her family spending the night, Christmas room is an absolute wreck right now :lol:

:lol:The entire interior of my house needs a paint job...badly! It's still the nasty walls that were here when we had it moved here! But I do love the layout of my house :) For a double wide, it has a real house feel to it, I literally walked in and out of over 300 homes before I picked this one and I got it for $20,000 below the appraisal value!!!!!
