Good Morning, Happy Friday and Happy New Year's Eve to all of you!!!

I woke up early, need to get my work done here and then go to an early lunch at my daughter's house, pick up my grandson, go to Kroger and then come home and party with all of you tonight...ok, maybe some of ya'll actually have lives and will be out an about...I will be here :lol:

Lordy it is already 68 degrees this morning, we are having a record high of 80 degrees!!! Of course we have severe thunderstorms on the way and are already under a tornado watch!

We are warming up to the 50's today and I cannot even imagine 80! Going to watch gs play basketball afterwhile and then to friends house later. Will probably be home before 10:00 since we are such party animals!

well just as I feared, it got hot and the tornadoes formed.....NW Arkansas took a beating and lives were lost and some people are still missing and lot's of injuries reported :(

Ye sit is and it happens all too often...now we are all worrying about the big earthquake along the New Madrid fault, she's been shaking things up quite a bit lately!

you have earthquakes there too Kelly? Geez, sorry, but I don't think I would move to Arkansas voluntarily

well we havne't had a bad one in 200 years but the news reported yesterday that the one they had 200 years ago lasted over 200 days! There are some pics and the people reported so much damage! Of course it wasn't populated as much as it is now, but lately we have had many, many tremors and scientists are getting very worried..some even wonder if it is all this crazy drilling for gas causing it...I will look for the news link in a minute, it was interesting.
