I was known as Madman because of some of the things I did, like dive into a 3 foot deep pool from 30 foot in the air, I still cliff dive when I can climb to the top of a cliff.

It was the 60s/70s you don't want to know. The picture was when I started to grow my hair. I finnally cut it at the age of 44, My pony tail was just over 24 inches long then.

My hubby had long hair when I met him...I love long hair, mine is long..but we got old and he cut his  My son Jerry had long beautiful jet black hair and he has sparkiling blue eyes...but he cut his off when he started doing nuclear work.
My dad had long white hair...at one time it hung almost to his belt and he kept it in a braid, he eventually cut his but not too short.

I cut mine because I did not want to be the hippie with the bald spot.

Did you notice the jacket? My mother did about 15 of them, all Album covers. Several Gratful Dead covers, another for me the David Allen Coe "Longhaired Redneck" cover, Red Headed Stranger by Willie and several others. My Granddaughter still wears the art work on the jacket put on her Swimming parka.

I'm the one with the striped shirt :) back right with my arm around my twin sister. We were in front of my grandparents house. They were pure indian and this is the only house they ever lived in that my grandfather did nor build. All of their other houses were log cabins with no plumbing, electric, or floors. He hunted or grew every thing they ate except for Flour, sugar, Old Gran Dad and tobbaco which they traded chickens and eggs for in town.

We enjoyed spending weeks with my grandparents, it was like going to a different world. They had nothing but were blessed with faith and a caring large family (14 kids) they were very happy, I followed my grand father all day, sometimes he would even let me carry the gun he had at all times. I miss the breakfast we use to get, We would get up at sunrise & raid the chicken coop for eggs and go to the Cellar to get bacon (salty but good) and have home maid biscuits, bacon & eggs cooked on the only wood stove in the house.

I bet they were happier than 99% of the people you meet today..all our technology, all the everything we have, yet is seems like in the simpler times people were happier

I agree kelly- I love those shows where they take a family of today and take away all their technology for a week!

it is true, they were very happy. they were time I will never forget and would love to just try to live like that for a day if I could make it that long. Not many people that are even my age (55) have never seen life like that.

Yes, I knew that Neal was a twin....that's one of the reasons I think that we hit it off, that and our engaging personalities :rolling: And our great love for Wags!!

I was...really  I just didn't age too well :rolling:
There is one thing about me that I love though and that is my eyes and I prayed that my kids would get my eyes and all of them did...well Johnathon kind of got mine and his dad's...Johnathon's eye color changes depending on his moods (like a mood ring lol). But I have very clear and light blue eyes and all 4 kids do too....another thing I prayed is that they would be built like their father, I am short and overweight, hubby (at that time) was tall and slender...he's quite tall. All my kids have height, all 3 boys are over 6 feet and I believe my daughter is 5'7

Found a very old pic of me and sis. Bear with me as I do not know how to scan (horrors!) and just took a pic of a pic. Tried to remove the white circle, but was unsuccessful. I bet you don't know which one I am :rolling: I had to look at the back of the pic, thank goodness my mother had the forethought to do that or we would all be in trouble!

Okay KT, no way I can tell who is who. I also have identical Twins (girls) I could not tell them apart untill they were in high school. When they were younger they were both competive swimmers and I put a T (tammy) on one of their caps and a M (Michelle) on the other so I knew who the were. If they were out of the pool I just called them "Hey you, who ever you are" I also have identical twin nephews (boys) and a Set of identical Twin cousins (boys) never could tell any of them apart. Keep waiting for one oof my daughters to have twins. My niece just had triplets a month ago also. Us Millers decided to repopulate the earth by our selfs. Hell if it wasn't for the hair on my lip I probaly couldn't tell me from my Twin sister :)
