Celestial Sleepytime Throat Tamer Herbal Supplement Tea has Pacific Northwest spearmint, Egyptian chamomile, licorice root, slippery elm bark, lemongrass and ginger.

That didn't work as well for me as the Sleepytime Extra with chamomile, valerian, Spearmint, West Indian lemongrass, hawthorn and orange blossoms.

I see they have a new Sleepytime Sinus Soother. Has anyone tried any of these?

I haven't tried the sinus smoother, but it makes sense that the Sleepytime extra would work better as it contains valerian. Valerian is a very strong herb. It smells and tastes horrendous on it's own (I mean REALLY disgusting) but is truly an amazing herb. When I lived in CA, I grew it in my garden and used to dry and press it into powder then make it into sleeping tinctures. Two drops of it will really put a person out! They use it very sparingly in commercial teas. I love herbs! Can't wait to have a garden again!

I've seen these in the store but have never tried them. I was wondering if they would actually do any good.

I've never tried this, but I wonder if this is what one of the girls at work means when she says her sleepy tea. :)
