I went to my Dollar General yesterday and they had adorable children's books for .25! I got 16 of them for $4.00!!! (2 for each grandchild, will have 8 by next Christmas)
They had the candle lights for a quarter each also and I picked up 4...these can be used any time. not just Christmas and I was surprised at how many were left!
I was with my son Jerry and my grandson and they weren't in the mood for "pilfering" through boxes, so I am gong back today. We have a DG in our closest little town that is just 11 miles away so it's a store I can get to often :)

I stopped in mine today. They had 4 shopping carts full of stuff, but one cart was full of candy canes. :lol: I did get a bunch of things that I can put in my craft stash. The best part is that I spent a whole $4.00 and got a ton of things!
