It was a long weekend, and I hate to admit it, I never got to my workout on Sat. I did make sure to get it in yesterday, and got up early for it this morning- yes, it is 6:30 am and my workout is on for the day! I have a busy day ahead and if I was going to get this in, I HAD to get up early- that is no easy task for me! lol But one more day done! I don't see any big results yet, and I vowed not to step on the scale for two weeks. The result I am seeing is an improvement in my endurance. Still

Wow- I can't believe it, but I made it all the way through today!! I did have to stop once, but that wasn't my doing- ds needed something, but I got right back to the workout. My upper thighs are still sore, but not near as bad the past two days. I actually feel myself getting stronger. I am not really seeing any results yet, but the fact that I made it all the way through compared to day one, I have come far! Realistically, I don't expect to see results for at least 2 full weeks in. I am

Well, day 3 is in the books-1/10 done, lol
Can't say it got any easier today, but I must have been pushing myself harder, because boy did I need a shower when I was done! Could barely walk this morning when I got up, but took some Advil and after the workout I was able to move better. I think if I just keep active and not sit on my butt, the soreness will go away. I hear after day 5, it gets easier, so I am shooting for those days!! My little guy was around today and he helped cheer me

Well, I can't say I enjoyed doing my workout this am, but I did last longer today than I did yesterday. My problem today was the upper thighs- owwwweeee, my legs aren't used to all that movement I guess, and it will take a while for me to comfortably walk up and down stairs to to get up and down from the floor with my 4 year old. I really had to push myself to do the work out today. I wasn't sure with my legs if I could do it. But doing the workout wasn't the tough part- my things did just fine!

Wow- who would have thought 20 minutes could be so long!! Jillian Michaels really gets you moving. I am fine with the strength and the ab stuff, it is the cardio that kicks my butt! But I also know it is the cardio that will burn those calories!! I only had to take a few breaks though, and with my four year old cheering me on saying "Keep going mom, you can do it" how could I stop?? I want to lose weight, but more importantly get healthy and gain back some energy. Having a 4 year old age
