Today: Good Trip & Bad Trip....

So I just got home from Albertson's. I went to pick up some Pine-Sol and ribs (what a combo! haha). They had frozen pork spareribs for $4.99/lb, but they were BOGO. So, I paid $2.50 a pound, plus my $4 off from my coupons. Which I was quite excited about. Until I got to the cashier.

First, he thought my coupons for the ribs was funny, but he took it. Second, the Pine-Sol rang up odd. They were supposed to be on sale for $2.50 (with my coupons it would be only 50 cents), but one rang up for $2.84. I asked him why it did that and explained that I thought they were supposed to be on sale for $2.50.

Cashier: "What does it matter?"
Me: "Did you just say 'What does it matter?"
Cashier: "Yeah. I can go check the shelf if you want, but you have coupons anyway."

I just couldn't believe it. I figured out later that the one scent of Pine-Sol was on clearance so it wasn't a part of the $2.50 sale. Which was fine, but seriously, who says that? I didn't tell customer service because it's not like anything could be done, but I just had to come on here and vent.
