How does our Price Match Guarantee work for in-store purchases?
If you find a lower price at another store on a new, identical item, show us the lower price at the time of purchase and we will match it on the spot. Or show us the lower price within 14 days of your Office Depot purchase and we will pay you the difference. Our price is the final price you pay after any discounts, coupons, instant savings and mail-in savings are applied. We will match the other store's point-of-sale price after deducting their instant rebates and coupons. We will not match the other store's mail-in rebates nor will we deduct the value of any gift with purchase.

How does our Price Match Guarantee work for online and catalog purchases?
If you find a lower price on a new, identical item at Staples.com, OfficeMax.com, BestBuy.com, Reliable.com, Quill.com, Sears.com, Target.com, KMart.com, Costco.com, or SamsClub.com or their corresponding printed catalog ("Competitors"), show us the lower price at the time of purchase and we will match it. Or show us the lower price within 14 days of your Office Depot purchase and we will pay you the difference. Our price is the final price you pay after any discounts, coupons, instant savings and mail-in savings are applied. We will match a Competitor's online point-of-sale price after deducting their instant rebates and coupons. We will not match a Competitor's mail-in rebates nor will we deduct the value of any gift with purchase.

What items are included in our Price Match Guarantee?
We include almost all new items that are identical and in stock. An item is considered identical when it has the same model number, features and warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at the advertised price. We reserve the right to verify all information. For items that come with a service plan (for example, a cell phone), the plan, the third party provider and the associated terms must be identical. However, we will not guarantee that we will match the price of the service.
What items and services are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee?
We will not match prices on service plans, computer services, or other services which include delivery, copy and custom printing, installation and extended warranties. Taxes, ad errors, closeouts, clearance, liquidation, free product offers, special orders, offers advertised at a specific location and refurbished items are also excluded from this guarantee.

What if the OfficeDepot.com price is lower than its price in store?
If you find a lower price on a new, identical item on our website, www.officedepot.com, show us a screen shot either at the time you are ready to buy it or within 14 days of your in-store purchase, we will match the price. Our stores will not match prices from our catalogs, web-only specials, or prices offered to our contract customers.

What if the Office Depot in-store price is lower than its price on OfficeDepot.com?
If you find a lower price on a new, identical item in our store (excluding outlet or clearance stores), either at the time you are ready to buy it or within 14 days of your OfficeDepot.com purchase, we will match the price. Our catalogs and OfficeDepot.com will not match prices offered to our contract customers, in-store only specials or prices found at any other retail establishment.

Are quantities limited on price-matched products?
Yes. We may limit the quantities sold to each customer.
